Ukrainian Vasyl Lomachenko weighed in at 129.6 pounds for his WBO World title defense Saturday night against Camden, New Jersey’s Jason Sosa at MGM National Harbor, Oxon Hill, Maryland.
Sosa initially came in at 130.4 pounds. He stripped down and weighed in at 130.2 pounds in his second attempt.
He has a couple of hours to weigh in again. If he fails to make weight, he won’t be eligible to win “Loma’s” belt.
The championship bout is part of an HBO tripleheader this Saturday. It will be the first ever card at MGM National Harbor.
