CES Boxing concludes its press tour Monday with two pep rally / press conferences to promote its year-end “Holiday Bash” scheduled for Thanksgiving Eve on Wednesday, Nov. 21st, 2018 at the Twin River Casino Hotel Event Center. Both events are open to the public. Full fight card details will be announced.

Taking centerstage for the first time in his career on Nov. 21st, undefeated Providence, R.I., junior welterweightAnthony Marsella Jr. (10-0, 4 KOs) stars in the eight-round main event for the vacant International Boxing Association (IBA) Americas Title against hard-hitting Mexican challenger Jorge Rodriguez (10-3, 10 KOs) of Nayarit, who has recorded each of his professional wins by knockout.

The Thanksgiving Eve spectacular also features the return of heavyweight Juiseppe Cusumano (16-2, 14 KOs) of Carini, Sicily; Worcester, Mass., middleweight Kendrick Ball Jr. (10-1-2, 7 KOs) in his first bout at Twin River since December of 2017; Miami heavyweight Raphael Akpejiori (1-0, 1 KO); plus rising stars Victor Reynoso (1-0, 1 KO) of Providence and Nicholas Briggs (1-0, 1 KO) of Worcester in addition to Davhon Shelton (1-0) of Pawtucket, R.I., and Lamont Powell (1-0) of Providence in their Rhode Island debuts.

Also featured on the Nov. 21st event, Rhode Island’s Karen Dulin (3-15, 1 KO) returns to Twin River for the first time in seven years in a rematch against Boston’s Amanda Pavone (5-0, 2 KOs), who beat Dulin by split decision in June.
