Baltimore Boxing Presents “Festival of Fists” July 17!

Baltimore, MD (July 11, 2021) – Local bragging rights will be at stake when Steve Sparks faces Tyrone “Moose” Russ for the vacant East Coast Heavyweight Championship on Saturday, July 17 at the Carroll County AG Center in Westminster, Maryland.
Also featured is a showdown between local favorites Justin Maggi and Michael Benitez-Doleman, plus fights featuring Westminster’s Jake Atwell, as well as Aidan Grim, Valentino Mozzona, Officer Deonte Duck and Jacob Thomas.
The Festival of Fists, promoted by Jake Smith’s Baltimore Boxing, will be a tribute to his late father M.B. “The Bush Whacker” Smith, the legendary fight promoter who passed away in 2013. Former five-time world champion Vinny Pazienza will be among the special guests in attendance.
“I’m thrilled to be back in Westminster,” said Smith, who is a member of the Maryland, DC and Virginia Boxing Hall of Fames. “We had a great crowd last time and Carroll County always comes out strong to support the local fighters.”
Tickets priced at $75 for VIP seats and $35 for general admission can be purchased at BaltimoreBoxing.com. Second row VIP tables of 10 ($600), and VIP tables of 8 ($480), plus general admission tables of 8 ($280) are also available.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. while the first fight is scheduled for 7:15 p.m.
